By purchasing, downloading, or using the PRO version of the SaleGen Marketing Toolkit plugin available on wpsalegen.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all premium WordPress plugins developed and sold by wpSaleGen.

Plugin License

License Type: Annual License – 1 Site

• The PRO license is issued for use on one (1) WordPress website.
• The license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Each license key is unique and assigned to a single customer.

License Restrictions

• You may not share, resell, sublicense, transfer, or distribute your license key.
• License transfer is only possible upon explicit approval by wpSaleGen support.
• Any unauthorized use of the license key is a violation of these Terms.

License Deactivation

• PRO features will be automatically disabled if the license expires, is revoked, or is found to be in violation of these Terms.
• wpSaleGen reserves the right to suspend or revoke any license that is misused or obtained fraudulently.

Annual Subscription

The PRO version of SaleGen Marketing Toolkit is sold as an annual subscription. The subscription includes:

• Access to all PRO features
• Technical support for PRO functionality
• Regular updates, improvements, and bug fixes
• Access to new PRO features and templates released during the active license period

There is no guarantee that the plugin will remain compatible with all future versions of WordPress, PHP, or third-party plugins and themes.

License Renewal

• Licenses can be renewed or extended after expiration.
• If the license is not renewed, access to PRO features, updates, and support will be suspended.

Plugin Delivery

After successful payment, the plugin files and license key will be available for download in your user account on wpsalegen.com.

• Download access remains active while the license is valid.
• When the license expires, access to downloads will be paused until renewal.

Plugin Updates

• The latest version of the plugin can be downloaded from your account dashboard.
• Older versions may be provided upon request, without any guarantee of compatibility or support.

Warranty Disclaimer

The plugin is guaranteed to function correctly on a clean installation of WordPress using a default WordPress theme.

• Compatibility with all third-party themes or plugins is not guaranteed.
• wpSaleGen is not responsible for conflicts caused by external software.
• Support will be provided in accordance with the official support policy.

Plugin Support

Support is available only while the license key is active and valid.

What Is Included

• Assistance with plugin-specific issues
• Minor CSS adjustments related to theme compatibility
• Guidance on proper usage of plugin features

What Is Not Included

• Troubleshooting third-party plugin or theme conflicts
• Major customizations or complex CSS changes
• Functional conflicts (e.g. JavaScript errors)
• Custom development or changes to intended plugin functionality
• Support for outdated WordPress versions (unless explicitly stated)

Support Hours

Official support hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All support requests are reviewed as quickly as possible, and reasonable efforts are made to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Pricing and Subscription Changes

wpSaleGen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue plugin pricing, subscription plans, and license conditions at any time without prior notice.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All plugins, source code, documentation, media files, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of wpSaleGen.

• You may not claim ownership of any part of the software.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the plugin or its components.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page.

GDPR and Data Protection

WPSaleGen complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide access to the
SaleGen Marketing Toolkit plugin, manage licenses, deliver updates, and provide support.

The personal data we may collect includes, but is not limited to, name, email address,
billing information, IP address, and license-related technical data.

Personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where required
by law or when necessary to provide essential services (such as payment processing).

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
You may also request restriction of processing or data portability where applicable.
All requests can be submitted via our official support channels.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described
in these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and WPSaleGen
for the use of the SaleGen Marketing Toolkit WordPress plugin.

By installing, activating, or using the plugin, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, and revocable license to use the plugin on one (1) website
for the duration of an active annual license.

You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative
works based on the plugin, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or make the plugin available to any
third party without prior written consent from WPSaleGen.

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

WPSaleGen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.

Violation of this EULA may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.
